Perform due diligence . Review all paperwork. Order review appraisal report. Finalize offer or adjust.

Ready to close, sign the Closing Summary Agreement. Transfer all Funds and Record with County.

Congratulations! Now you can assign servicing to any vendor you like or take advantage of  elite vendors.
